(R,R)-Iso-beta-bisabolol - very strong, flowery, lilley-of-the-valley like and very pleasant odor - stronger than the (S,S)-, (S,R)-, or (R,S)- enantiomers; also described as - of the four stereoisomeric forms only the (6R,7R)-isomer is odor active, having a strong floral, muguet-like, very pleasant scent.

= also known as (6R,7R)-Iso-beta-bisabolol or (1R)-1-[(1R)-1,5-dimethylhex-5-enyl]-4-methylcyclohex-3-en-1-ol or (R)-4-methyl-1-((R)-6-methylhept-6-en-2-yl)cyclohex-3-enol

(S,S)-Iso-beta-bisabolol - while similar, not as strong as (R,R)-Iso-beta-bisabolol
